CHICKEN A LA KING
½ C Chopped Onion
2 TB Butter
8 OZ Cream Cheese
10 ½ OZ Cream of Mushroom Soup
Dash of Pepper
1 ½ C Diced Cooked Chicken
4 OZ Mushroom with liquid
1/4 C Chopped Bell Pepper
2 TB Pimento
2 TB Dry Sherry
Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in cream cheese, soup and pepper. Stir in chicken and mushrooms and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add bell pepper, pimento and sherry. Stir until simmering.
